Camellia (Camy) Sorbello is a graduate of the University of Rochester, where she studied English and other languages. An award-winning teacher, published author, journalist, and speaker of several languages including French and Italian, Camy has been translating Spanish professionally since 1990. She visits Mexico annually, and has been to Central America on numerous occasions. Camy is currently working on a book, Spanish For Working People. Her recent Spanish translation clients have included Ontario County, the Cornell Cooperative Extension Program, De May Labor Contracting, Zaretsky Associates, Oneida Block , Unadilla Manufacturing, and Willowbrook Farms, and she has taught at Writers & Books, BOCES, Strong Museum, and Sul Ross University.
