Who are some famous criminals or murderers that grew up without a father figure?
EDIT: Well, everyone has a father, but Hitler’s died when he was a young teen… Try Adolph Hitler. But the truth is that the ones with abusive fathers are much more likely to be criminals than those with no fathers. And it is true that anyone with one or more loving parents of any gender are likeliest to come out well. And it is also true that lots of criminals had two great parents. So there may be some relationship between crime and parenting, but it’s not likely to be clear cut. And “famous” criminal examples are pretty weak evidence, actually. It’s called “anecdotal evidence”.
