Scott Wilson is a nationally recognised firm of private planning consultants. They were appointed by the six councils in :South and West Hertfordshire following a competitive tender for this research work. They were specifically asked to: • develop criteria for site selection; • identify broad areas and individual locations for potential site provision; • appraise potential sites; and • recommend preferred options.
