Who are New Looks direct competitors?
Top shop and Miss Selfridge which are both part of the Arcadia group. They are really the most similar and so the biggest competition for them. There is also Peacocks which is very similar but a bit cheaper. You could argue that shops like Primark, Next, Dorothy Perkins are but they’re all on different levels (in my opinion anyway) so they wouldn’t be “direct” competitors.
