Under its articles of incorporation, NAHC has four volunteer elected officers and one paid appointed position. The volunteers include Chairman, Ruth Constant, President/Administrator, Wichita Home Health, Victoria, Texas; Vice Chair, Kristy Wright, President & CEO, VNA Services & Foundation, Western Pennsylvania; Secretary, Elaine D. Stephens, President/CEO, Visiting Nurse Service of Greater Rhode Island, Lincoln, Rhode Island; and Treasurer, David Baker, CEO, Banner Home Care, Gilbert, Arizona.
