Who are my AoFT team members and what do they do?
An administrator must be on your AoFT team, as well as a mentor if you have one. You should also select one or two more colleagues to be on your team. They must be willing to make the commitment to observe you in the classroom, listen to your concerns, be willing to offer advice and support, attend your AoFT meetings, assist you in reflection, and write summary statement about your professional abilities. At you final AoFT meeting, the team makes a decision about your rehire status.
