Who are McCain and Obama Most Likely to Choose for Top Environment Jobs?

And one of the first things the newly elected president will do, after getting a good night’s sleep for the first time in months, is to start choosing a Cabinet and making decisions about how to staff other key government posts. Among the political appointments that either Obama or McCain will make are several key positions that will have a dramatic impact on the environment over the next few years. This will include choosing new people to head the Departments of Energy, Agriculture and Interior, a new Administrator for the Environmental Protection Agency, and perhaps an Energy or Climate Czar.
