The programme is working closely with several development partners operating in arid and semi arid lands. These include the World Food Programme (WFP), Emergency Operation and Protracted Relief and Reconstruction Operations (PRRO), EC Disaster Management Initiative (DMI), USAID RELPA Programme, FAO, and other development programmes coordinated by the Ministry for the Development of Northern Kenya and other Arid Lands and the Special Programmes to monitor food and emergency situation in the district and respond.
