Your reference should be someone who can attest to the quality of your work and the type of person you are. Examples of past references include FYE Instructors, other faculty / staff people, or supervisors from a job. Please note Residence Life staff members are not permitted to serve as a reference for you, so if your FYE instructor also happens to be a CEC on campus, they cannot serve as your reference.
