Who are eligible funding recipient organisations?
All projects are expected to have Hong Kong components. The principal funding recipient organisations are expected to be a company incorporated in Hong Kong under Companies Ordinance (Cap. 32) and have substantial connection to Hong Kong OR a body corporate incorporated in Hong Kong under other ordinances of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, unless otherwise approved by HKJCICM’s Board of Directors. A company which has substantial connection to Hong Kong means that it must have a significant proportion of its research, design, development, production, management or general business activities located in Hong Kong.
