Who are considered Senators?
Senators must be designated as a Senator in IMPAK to receive the discounted rate. Only chapter presidents of CHARTERED chapters can designate senators. There is a Chapter Officer Designation link available in NSBE On-Line. Use this feature to designate the Chapter Officers and Senators. Swapping of senator rates is not allowed. Once the Senator has registered for the Annual Convention and received the appropriate rate, Senator designation cannot be changed. Members that register for the convention before obtaining Senator designation are NOT eligible to receive a refund of the difference in the Annual Convention rate paid and the Senator rate.
