Who are considered Itinerate Users?
In WebApps, you have the opportunity to select Classroom Teacher, Itinerate User, or School User. These three are defined as follows: Classroom Teacher – All teachers who have courses are considered Classroom Teacher, no matter how many schools they teach at. Each school adds the teacher to their staff and then when the teacher logs into TAM they are given the option to select which school they want to work in. School Users – These are school-level users who have access to eSIS. These users only need access to their particular school. An example of a school user is a school principal. Itinerate Users – These are users who need access to eSIS in multiple schools. These are NOT teachers – all teachers have the Classroom Teacher type. An example of an itinerate user is a school counselor who might work at twos different schools.
