Who Are CCPH Members?
CCPH members are a diverse group of individuals and organizations committed to improving the health of communities through community-campus partnerships. What ties CCPH members together is their commitment to social justice and their passion for the power of partnerships to transform communities and higher education. CCPH members are affiliated with colleges and universities, community-based organizations, health care delivery systems, foundations, government agencies and other types of organizations. They include administrators, faculty, staff, students, clinicians, researchers, educators, civic leaders and policymakers who come from urban, rural and suburban communities in the United States, Canada and other countries.
