Who are BestMark shoppers?
Our mystery shoppers are regular people whom we profile to ensure that they fit into the target market of each particular establishment. In other words, as a mystery shopper, you would be sent into an establishment to go through the same experience any normal customer would – except that when you return home, you will complete an in-depth survey form that recounts the specifics of your experience. Shopper narrative should include the “facts” of the experience (what was said, what was done and in some instances sharing how the shopper felt about the experience). BestMark mystery shoppers must pay attention to detail: Each assignment has a specific set of parameters, guidelines and deadlines which must be carefully adhered to when performing and completing the shop.
