Who are ASARECA-CGSs stakeholders?
The Grant Authorising and Advisory Board (GAAB), on behalf of Directors General of the NARIs of the 10 member countries who constitute the Committee of Directors (CD), have responsibility for oversight and establishing policies and procedures for the approval of research proposals. A Technical Support Group (TSG) is charged with the review of proposals while the Monitoring, Evaluation, Analysis and Planning Unit (MEAPU) in conjunction with the Finance Unit of the ASARECA Secretariat provide the technical, financial, and administrative support. The ASARECA Networks and Programmes, their NARS partners and international collaborators constitute the research community.
