Who approves the performance plan and timelines?
• Health System, Entity and Departmental goals must be accessible to all DUHS Staff Members. • During the Planning Stage the Supervisor and Staff Member collaborate on setting Expected Job Results and Behaviors. Any disagreements will be reviewed at one level up from the Supervisor. • During the Evaluation/Development Stage the Supervisor provides overall performance evaluation document to next level up for approval. • The Supervisor and Staff Member should retain copies of the original performance plan and any subsequent changes. They should be referred to throughout the Coaching/Feedback stage to ensure that Expected Job Results are being accomplished.
