Who approves Change Requests?
Change requests are routed to a Change Manager who validates the change request classification and determines the impact and the urgency of the request. The approver of the change request will vary depending upon the classification. For Minor and Standard change requests, the approver is the Change Manager, who will be an IT Partnership employee. For Major and Emergency change requests, the approver is the Change Advisory Board (CAB). Standard change requests are pre-approved.
