Each Board member is appointed by a Consortium of Chief Elected Officials, representing the municipalities it serves. The Consortium meets twice a year to appoint the local Board in accordance with the terms of the Workforce Investment Act and to approve the strategic plan. Capital Workforce Partners Board represents leaders in 37 municipalities.
