Who and what is Thornhill Associates?
Thornhill Associates is an independent provider that provides web-based 360-Degree Feedback services to clients who wish to conduct 360-degree assessments. Clients include companies who wish to provide their employees with the opportunity of obtaining anonymous behavioural feedback, often as part of a leadership development training programme, or company performance evaluations, or as a private coach who would like to provide the service to a client.
