Who and/or what account pays for out-of-state candidates’ interviews for tenure-track faculty? What does the county pay for with regard to local interviews?
The College pays for the initial candidate interview with the Statewide Search Committee (this is handled through the HR Office); the local unit pays for the expenses associated with bringing the candidate to the local office for the final interview. The candidate works with the RED Office on this reimbursement.
