Who and how can someone enrol in the My Visa Rewards Plus program?

The My Visa Rewards Plus program is available to all eligible Vancity and Citizens Bank primary cardholders. In order to complete the enrolment form, you’ll need to have the primary cardholder’s Visa card number, expiry date and date of birth handy.
