The RMA is administered by an eight-member board of directors, two appointed by Minister of Justice, three elected by the Credit Union movement, two appointed by the Credit Union Central of New Brunswick and the Superintendent of Credit Unions who is a non voting member. The composition of the board is legislated in the Credit Unions Act.
