Though Newco Holdings, LLC provides the subscription service for the Lab (Oximetry Company, LLC) the ownership of the oximeter is really a lab issue. The Lab has confirmed with CMS that this is a non-issue. CMS has stated that it has no policy or concern about oximeter ownership. It (ownership) is not an issue.
