While using the color inks, the colors came out mixed together. What might be the problem, and the solution?
In most cases, the reason for this is because you have exhausted the amount of yellow ink in the cartridge. Do not attempt to refill just the yellow ink, instead refill all the colors to the same level so that the pressure inside the cartridge is stable enough to prevent the mixing of colors. After refilling the color inks, make sure to utilize the suction tool to adjust the air pressure within the cartridge to its normal level. However, if the colors have mixed together within themselves already, it will still take a few pages of mixed colors to print out before returning to normal. For those who frequently use color inks, this is an important point to keep in mind.
