While using EPXT 2.1.3 with QuarkXPress 3.32 (Mac only), I sometimes experience problems when I import an EPS from Photoshop. What can I do?

If you either crash, lock up, or get a type 11 error, you need to download the EPXT 2.1.3r3 update. This fixes this problem (which was related to importing EPS files that include a JPEG preview or compressed separations). Note: Precision Preview XT does not support this type of EPS file.
