In order to correct this problem we’ll need you to create a log file and post some data from the log file into the Technical Support Forum. Step 1. The first thing to do is turn on Xfire logging. Here’s how: • In Xfire click Tools | Options | General tab. • Click the Advanced button. • Check the box labeled “Enable Logging”. • Click OK | Click Ok again • Exit Xfire completely and restart Xfire. Note: You will receive a message that Advanced Options are enabled. This is to remind you to turn them off when you are done creating the Xfire log. Step 2. Now you’ll need to reproduce the error: • Launch Xfire. • Try to upload your screenshot or video that gave you the error. • Once the error occurs, simply hit OK. • Close Xfire completely (Xfire | Exit).
