While there are analogs for most of our dry substrates in our Arag-Alive™ line some are not available as Arag-Alive™ and vice versa this is just a matter of demand and the economics of doubling up on certain lower volume items. How well do I have to rinse dry aragonite?

Rinse the substrate until the rinse water turns from milky to cloudy, you will not be able to rinse to clear but the tank will clear up once filtration and circulation are running. TIP: Rather than rinsing in a bucket, one of the corners may be cut out of the bag and a hose inserted. The water will be directed all through the substrate and will run back out the hole.
