While setting up Vlingo, I am getting a message about different permissions not being set (for example, Phone, Carrier Internet, or Company Network). What should I do?
• If you have a corporate BlackBerry that’s configured on a BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES) and Vlingo displays an error saying that certain permissions are not set (typically a combination of Phone, Carrier Internet, and Company Network – though it might be something slightly different), it’s likely that permissions for third-party applications on your phone have been restricted by your network administrator. The solution is for you to ask your BES Administrator to configure the BES so that it does not deny the required permissions. If the Administrator has any questions about this, ask them to contact Vlingo Support by filling out our Contact Support form. Hide this answer.
