This is most likely a problem caused by your hardware — either part of the DVD disc is damaged or your DVD-ROM has problem reading that disc. Try to run a DVD Copy software and get a copy of the disc onto your hard disk. If that can be successful, then run DVD Audio Extractor in “Browse to file folder” mode.
