While our pharmacy is awaiting network membership, what should I tell patients who need their CFPAF prescriptions filled immediately?
A. While awaiting your network membership, you may refer patients to the CFPAF’s website at www.cfpaf.org or call us at (888) 315-4154 for a list of participating pharmacies. If the patient elects to fill his/her prescription at your pharmacy before you become part of the network, the patient will have to pay for the cost of the medication up front, and send a claim for reimbursement to the following: Attention: Claims Department, CFPAF, 6931 Arlington Road, 2nd Floor, Bethesda, MD 20814. The patient can call the CFPAF for help to file claims.
