While in ERS I received the following error message: “INI BACKUP — problem with registration database.” What should I do?
Either dynazip has been downgraded by some of the other programs installed on your system after ERS was installed, or you have a Windows registry problem. If it is a registry problem, you will need local technical support. If dynazip has been downgraded, you will need to run dzip16.exe, which is in the folder, ‘other dynazip,’ on the ERS4 CD Rom. This will reinstall the dynazip files. Some installation programs will install older versions of the dynazip files by failing to check version numbers.
