While evaluating ACI, I noticed that when ACI Manager restarts; it shows zero idle time for all active users. Whats wrong?

Since the evaluation version of ACI has a run time limit, you will need the registered version of ACI to monitor users’ activities 24/7. ACI Manager must be kept running all the time, otherwise, ACI Clients would stop monitoring any application. If you close ACI Manager window, it will stay running in the background and minimizes itself to the system tray without exiting. If you want to use ACI without restrictions, you must register the software.
