The Form Size (it specifies the maximum number of lines on one page) must be chosen so that the number of lines per inch (vertically) multiplied by the stationery length, is equal to the FormSize value. For eg, if you are using 6 lines per inch then the Form Size value = (6 * 12 inch form) = 72. For 5 lines per inch on a 12-inch form, the FormSize value will be 60.
