While attempting to recover a Contact Code password, the Registrant contact e-mail address is found to be invalid?
Due to security reasons Melbourne IT emails the Contact Code password only to the contacts email address. If this email address is not current and active you will not be able to recover the Contact Code password. In this case you must create a new Contact Code and associate it with the respective domain name(s). On associating the new Contact Code with your domain name(s) the old one automatically becomes inactive.
