You have projected more than you were allocated by Air Staff. You need to adjust your projected amounts to match the allocated amounts. The report will show you where you have projected more than was allocated. This report checks for Budget Year -1 through Budget Year +2. If you are trying to export to an installation, you need to select the installation prior to clicking “Export”. You will still be allowed to export to installations even if your projection exceeds allocation.
