While attempting to configure a new MEAP-enabled device, I get an error message: “Connector time out while attempting to receive data from host client: hostname port: 9030”, What could cause this?
Make sure the gateway address on the MEAP -enabled device is correct or blank. Also, make sure the subnet mask on the device is correct. This is also true of the eCopy ShareScan OP Services Manager, check the network settings. Contact the network administrator for proper IP addressing information.
