Starter Deck Pegasus However, the Toons included are the first set, which are very weak, and most of the other cards are of little use either, except possibly Relinquished and maybe a couple of the spell/trap cards (I can’t remember what’s in there) If you want a Toon deck you’d be better off buying the single cards you want. Toon monsters may not be the most powerful, but they can be fun, and apparently The Duelist Revolution, out after Shing Darkness, has new Toon Cards in.
