Which years of data shall be reflected in the budget form required for Part II of the application package?
All budget information contained in Part II of the application should reflect a total budget over the three year term of the pilot program (2007-08, 2008-09, and 2009-10). This includes the information reported in the budget itself (Attachment F (DOC;131KB; 1p.) ), the budget justification narrative and the narrative description identifying the resources to be used in the data collection process. However, the End-of-Year Reports: including an expenditure report, a budget justification narrative, and a program progress narrative shall reflect yearly budget information .Documentation shall clearly show how the LEA is supporting/expanding the promising practice using grant funds to serve the academic needs of English language learners to learn standards-aligned academic content and acquire proficiency in the English language.
