Which year mustang motor is virtually the same as an 89 crown victoria ltd with a 5.0L?
Any year from 83 to 95 with a 5.0 liter engine has the same basic motor as a Crown Vic. The cold air kit will probably not work, the upper intake plenum on a Mustang is reversed from where it is on a Crown so the air enters the motor from the passenger side not the drivers. As for a throttle body spacer you will need to check the size, most mustangs had a larger throttle body.
