Which would be better to use Mapquest or Yahoo Maps???
It all comes down to personal preference. Different map sites may use a different algorithm to calculate directions. Also it’s possible that there are options that might give different directions – for example, you can sometimes request the “shortest” route as opposed to the “quickest” route. So it’s possible that you’re getting different directions merely because you might be looking at “shortest” with one site and “quickest” with another (or some other combination of options). As a personal preference I like Google Maps. The user interface seems a lot cleaner, the maps seem easier to understand, they were the first to allow you to move the map with a mouse click-and-drag without having to chose a different link. I like the ability to drag and change the route on the map itself should you want to avoid a specific street or (in my case) I’d rather take one bridge instead of another. In the end it pretty much comes down to your choice.
