Which word/phrase is the subject, verb, object, adverbial and complement in each of these sentences?

Hey there. I’ve got similar homework. It’s sometimes pretty difficult to tell the difference between the complement and the adverbial… I know that the adverbial “gives us extra detail about clauses” – basically it’s place, time or manner. Equally, however, the complement is defined as being ” the part of the sentence that gives you more information about the subject (a subject complement) or the object (an object complement) of the sentence”. You’re right with the subject/object/verb I think – and both the subject and the object are just the verb, not including the adjective. Number 4 really has me stumped as well. I assume the subject is the rate…Also, in this piece of homework there’re a few sentences which don’t appear to have any adverbial/complement…weird.
