Which Word features does the text importer in BookSmart import?
Our text importer grabs all of your text formatting (font, size, italics) and imports it as is into BookSmart. Paragraphs (breaks and justification), page breaks, and section breaks (odd, even, next, continuous) are all preserved and get imported as well. However, our importer can’t handle a few Word features. Images, auto-generated table of contents, tables, graphs, other complex structures, hyperlinks, and line spacing cannot be imported into BookSmart at this time. Line spacing will default to single spaced text.
