Which wine would be good with Triscuits and Alouette cheese? ?
Get a couple of the wine boxes, red and white. Then drink the one you think tastes best with the cheese. The wines that come in boxes are inexpensive, they’re not great wines but they are usually very consistent “table” or everyday wines that are great for cheap meals when you don’t want to open an expensive bottle. And the best part is that when you use them, air doesn’t get into the wine so it doesn’t spoil. So if you try the white wine and don’t think it goes with the cheese, you can put it away for a while – just like it was an unopened bottle of wine. And you don’t have to finish the whole box at once, for the same reason.
