It will depend on which type of website you are going to build.

If it’s e-commerce website: Shopify is the best, and other alternatives are Wix, Big Commerce, Weebly etc.

If it’s Portfolio website: Wix, Squarespace, and Weebly are best

If it’s News related website: I prefer WordPress, it is having plenty of plugins to get the feeds and showing news in attractive banners
