Which washing machine is better? Front loading or top loading?
I never liked my top loading washing machine, so then when it broke I bought a front loader 🙂 They are much more gentler and they use less soap + water. Also they will fit a lot more clothes than a standard top loading washing machine. Mine is 4.7 cu/ft front loader washer and a 8.0 cu/ft gas dryer. It is a really really good washing machine 🙂 It’s an electrolux washing machine brand so they are very expensive though… I paid about $4,320 for both my washer and dryer. Pros about top loading washers The ones with the dual action agitators are really good better than the ones that are just straight and don’t have the agitator thing that pushes the clothes down. You can wash almost as much clothes as you can put in a regular small front loader. A top loader is usually about 3.5-3.7 cu/ft I have never seen any bigger top load washing machine. Cons They use up so much water, they also use up a lot of electricity (unless you get the energy star one) and also they ruin your clothes too. I
