M1) tools from Xilinx are capable of compiling designs for all the kinds of circuits used on PCI Pamette boards (if using PamDC, we only rely on the backend tools which are common to Alliance and Foundation). Alternatively, one can use XACT V5.2.1/6.0.1 (the last release) to compile the boards based on XC4000E circuits only.
