It’s actually a combination of both the anime and manga. I referenced the fourth season of the anime (Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon SuperS) where Tiger’s Eye, Hawk’s Eye and Fish Eye are taken by Helios to Elysion to await the right time (or something like that according to my copy of the season) and from the manga I used Luna, Artemis and Diana’s ability to easily shift from feline to human forms and most of the planet Mau/Sailor Mau/Tin Nyanko connection that was stated in the Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon StarS season.
