Which variety of coffee is NOT grown in Kerala????

If the word you are looking for is “Arabica” then you are not on the right page. Most coffee comes from either a strain of the Arabica, or the Robusta Coffee plant. Much like grapes and wine, the name of the coffee sold to consumers has more to do with the region where the plant was grown, and not the variety of the plant. Arabica beans come from Arabicia coffee plants and are considered the best coffee taste wise. However, coffee from an Arabaca plant grown in Sumatra, and one grown in Kona will possess flavors and aromatics much different from each other. Add to that the roasting method used, and you have a completely different drink.
