Which university is better: oxford, cambridge, harvard, or university of tokyo???
Most university rankings out there are done by Westerners, so Asian universities are way underrepresented and possibly ranked lower than they should be. Yet Oxford, Cambridge, and Harvard have so much history and prestige that they tend to attract top scholars and large donations, which means better resources, so I wouldn’t be surprised if those three were better than the University of Tokyo.
