Which type of wine is healthier – red, rose or white?

All wines have some levels of anti-oxidants but red has the highest. It’s not the tannins that are the anti-oxidants but other phenolic compounds, and these compounds are in both the skin and the juice so white wine has some too. The alcohol is typically about the same in each or slightly higher in red, but the important part is to drink wine with food and only one or two glasses to get the benefits. Rose is just red grapes with less skin contact so roses won’t have the same level as anti-oxidants that reds will. Whites and roses should be similar.
